BUILT TO SERVE WITH SKILL AND STEWARDSHIP.

GEN 126 was founded by Scott Murzyn to provide practical bird, wildlife, and property solutions grounded in honesty, workmanship, and faith.

A PRACTICAL EYE FOR THE WHOLE PROPERTY.

FOUNDER STORY

Scott is at home in the field, inspecting buildings, working with tools, solving difficult access problems, and helping property owners understand what is actually happening.

His experience across wildlife, sanitation, HVAC, maintenance, and building conditions shaped a company designed to look beyond the visible animal.

Where a typical problem might be divided among several contractors, GEN 126 works to connect the pieces and create a sensible order of operations.

The goal is not to sell unnecessary work. It is to give the customer a clear understanding of the activity, the affected area, the way in, and the most practical path forward.

WHY GEN 126?

The name references Genesis 1:26 and the responsibility to steward creation.

For GEN 126, stewardship means protecting people and property, respecting applicable wildlife rules, communicating honestly, and doing excellent work.

VALUES

THE STANDARD BEHIND
EVERY JOB.

01

HONEST

Tell customers what is known, what is not yet known, and what should happen next.

02

SIMPLE

Turn a complicated bird, wildlife, or building problem into an understandable plan.

03

TRANSPARENT

Explain the proposed scope, limitations, variables, and separate costs before work begins.

04

PROFESSIONAL

Respect the property, the customer, applicable laws, wildlife, and the quality of the work.

MORE THAN ANIMAL REMOVAL.

why the experience matters

Bird and wildlife activity can intersect with vents, airflow, insulation, moisture, construction gaps, sanitation, and exterior repairs.

Scott’s cross-trade awareness helps GEN 126 recognize when those pieces are connected, and when another licensed professional should be involved.

SERVING CHURCHES WITH PRACTICAL STEWARDSHIP

ABIDING IN CHRIST

GEN 126 is interested in helping churches care for their buildings through practical pest, wildlife, maintenance, and stewardship support. Program scope, availability, and pricing are evaluated case by case.
