GEN 126 may delay, limit, modify, or decline work when necessary to comply with applicable requirements or protect people, animals, and property.

No wildlife-control method can guarantee that another animal will never enter or approach a property in the future. Results may depend on property maintenance, completion of recommended repairs, neighboring conditions, habitat, food sources, weather, animal behavior, and other factors outside our control.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:

  • Keeping children and pets away from active work areas

  • Completing customer-responsible repairs or maintenance
