ANTS
We inspect ant activity, trails, and potential entry points, then recommend targeted treatment. Carpenter ant concerns receive additional attention to possible nesting locations and moisture conditions.
BEETLES
Effective control starts with identifying the beetle and its source. We investigate activity involving stored foods, fabrics, or insects entering from outdoors to determine the appropriate approach.
SPIDERS
We address active areas and common hiding places while identifying conditions that attract spiders and the insects they feed on.
WASPS & HORNETS
We assess nesting activity and recommend treatment or nest removal based on the species, nest location, and access.
MICE
Mouse service includes two visits to address activity and assess progress. Based on the amount of recent activity and our inspection findings, we recommend next steps for lasting control.
Trapping addresses mice already inside. Mouse exclusion—sealing the openings mice use to enter—is the best long-term approach to reducing recurring mouse problems. We identify potential entry points and recommend sealing work suited to your property. Exclusion is quoted separately.
